Restorative Touch Therapeutic Massage and Body Work is a small business in central Illinois established in 2007, and Claire Prudhomme is the owner and massage therapist. Its mission is to bring relief and relaxation to those who suffer from stress and tension using swedish, integrative, geriatric, medical and rehabilitation massage. Her energy sessions are primarily based in Reiki, Aviana®, Shamanic and Healing Touch™ traditions.
Claire is a Licensed Massage Therapist, Nationally Board Certified in Therapeutic Massage and Bodywork and is a Gold Level Certified Water Exercise Instructor. For Energy Work, she is trained as a Reiki Master, a Shamanic Healing Apprentice and an Aviana® Body Therapist; and she is a Certified Healing Touch™ Practitioner.
She brings to her massage business over 25 years of prior experience in the fitness industry including aquatics and personal training. She also has specialized in working with obese and senior clients.
Claire was an Instructor in a Massage Therapy training program for 5 years. In addition, for more than a decade she has partnered with chiropractors and physical therapists providing massage services to improve client outcomes.
