Claire is trained in a number of massage modalities and is a Reiki Master and Certified Healing Touch™ Practitioner. Her approach to massage is to identify the issues you are experiencing and then to focus her massage time on those issues using all of her massage and energy training and experience to provide you with the best possible results.
Specialized massage techniques that Claire uses include swedish, deep tissue, cupping, myofascial, positional release, active stretching, lymphatic drainage and craniosacral.
